Every pair of goggles we send out has been tested before final packaging, so they are guaranteed to work, or we will refund or replace the goggle free of charge.  The most common issue we see is the short cable can easily be installed in reverse.  The cable going from the battery to the goggle frame can only work one way; the longer cable end must connect to the battery, and the shorter cable end must connect to the goggle frame.  It can be easy to overlook this, as the cable ends are very similar, but not exactly the same.  If you have tried reversing the cable ends and still cannot get your goggles to work, please contact us through this page and we will make sure you are satisfied with your heated goggles.

HeatVue goggles have a full 1-year warranty.  This covers defects to the goggle frame, strap, lens and battery pack.  Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or any flaws caused by normal wear and tear.  Please contact us using the form below to start a warranty claim.

We design our goggles to be simple and effective (we don't try to impress the market with too many bells and whistles to try and figure out.  We believe in the KISS principle (Keep It Simple, Stupid!)).  

• One button does everything; on/off, three power settings, that's all.  
• Our goggles also have a status-indicator light inside the frame, so you know if your goggles are heating and which power setting is active.  
• The magnetic lens makes lens-changing incredibly fast and easy.  So easy, in fact, that you can even change your lens while still wearing the goggles!  
• All of our goggles include a removable nose piece, so your face can be completely protected against powder blast.
• We also include two connector cords with every goggle; a short cord for wearing the battery on the goggle strap, and a longer cord so you can put the battery inside your coat pocket to keep it warmer while your goggles are powered on (a warmer battery can result in a little longer battery life between charges).

• Your HeatVue goggles will include 2 cables; a long one and a short one.  The shorter cable is to connect the battery to your goggle frame.  The longer cable is for an external power bank.  If you have a larger USB power source, you can put it in your jacket pocket and connect it to your HV goggles using the longer cable.  That way you can extend the run time of your heated goggles to not only several hours, but potentially for days!

• Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, until the power button starts blinking Red.  Now the Red light will blink as the HV goggle will heat for 2 minutes ("Temporary Mode"), then it will automatically turn off.
• If you wish for the goggle to remain on for longer than 2 minutes ("Constant Mode"), press the button before the 2 minutes expires and the goggle will remain on until you turn it off by holding the button for 3 seconds.
• While the goggle is in "Constant Mode", you may toggle between power levels by pressing the button for 1 second.  Power levels are "High" (Red), "Medium" (Green), and "Low" (Blue).  The battery can last up to 7 hours on "High", 12 hours on "Medium", and up to 24 hours on "Low". 

• To charge the battery, plug the USB-C cable into the battery and a Red light will illuminate next to the power button.  The light will turn Green when charging is complete.  We recommend charging the battery for at least 8 hours before the first use, or if the battery has not been used for several months.  After the initial charge, subsequent charges should be much shorter.  

• Spare lenses can be purchased from authorized HeatVue dealers on Amazon.  HeatVue lenses are magnetic, which makes changing lenses super fast and easy!
